For productivity…

The Toughpad gives you a 12 ½” Full HD anti-reflective touchscreen, viewable in broad daylight and a convenient, integrated stylus pen. Take advantage of the multi-carrier modem. It can be used on any 4G LTE mobile broadband network with satellite GPS, along with any Wifi and Bluetooth preference you choose.

Designed with the USB 3.0 (or USB 3.1, if you prefer), to transfer data at SuperSpeed (SS), allowing your business to keep up with today’s intense demands. The ultra-fast charging battery, lasts up to 9 hours. So, you can work from the time you get to the office until the time you leave.

Armed with an 8 megapixel (MP) rear-facing camera and a 2 MP webcam, create sophisticated photo- and video-documentation to chronicle your workday. Teleconferencing is possible without a meeting room.

Use the attachable backlit keyboard (with strap) for your comfort and convenience, along with the kickstand to instantly have a mini “desktop” wherever you need it. When you manage to get back to the office, rest your Toughpad FZ-Q1 in it’s comfortable desktop cradle and link it to the multiple input/output (I/O) options provided for instant connection.

For durability…

The Toughpad’s chassis has been made with a magnesium alloy, which makes it strong enough to be taken into rougher environments perpetually. With shock-absorbing materials, it can withstand dust, dirt and drops up to 2 ½ feet on all sides better than consumer-grade tablets. The easy grip bottom ensures it won’t slip out of your hand either. The pivotal hand strap gives you added protection against accidental drops, with the ease of viewing your tablet from any angle.

Other awesome features…

Manage your Toughpad with either an insertable or contactless SmartCard reader option, a serviceable battery, and quiet, fanless design. And it’s all covered under the 3-year warranty! Windows 8.1 Pro operating system is factory-installed on each model, but you have the option to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro.

Panasonic presents you with two different models, called the Performance model (coming March 2016) and the Standard Model (coming May 2016). The Performance Model comes with the powerful Intel Core vPro Processor and 8 Gigabytes (GB) of storage. The Standard Model is equipped with an Intel Celeron Processor and 4 GB of storage.

The Toughpad FZ-Q1 is ideal for government entities, retail points-of-sale, home health services, inspectors, social workers, park rangers, detectives, architects, vehicle and marine dealerships, and other industries where field workers need a no-nonsense business tablet.
