National2Way
warrants all products against defects in materials of
workmanship for 36 months from the date of purchase with
the exception of wireless products which are warrantied for 12
months from the date of purchase.
National2Way
will repair or replace a defective unit, at our option,
without charge for parts of labor. The limited warranty is
extended only to the original purchaser and is valid only to
consumers in the United States and Canada. It does not cover
damage or failure caused by or attributable to Acts of God,
abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, faulty installation,
improper maintenance, lightning or other incidences of excessive
voltage, or any tampering or repairs other than N2W authorized
repair facilities.
It
does not cover replacement of consumable products,
transportation costs, or damage in transit. This warranty will
become void if the serial number or model number identification
has been wholly or partially removed or erased.
Repair
or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not extend the
terms of this warranty. The warranty can only be modified by an officer
of National2Way, and then only in writing. Should this product prove to
be defective in workmanship or materials, the consumer’s sole remedies
shall be repair or replacement as provided by the terms of this
warranty. Under no circumstance shall N2W be liable for any loss or
damage, direct consequential, or incidental,
arising
out of the use of or inability to use this product. Some states do not
allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the
exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specific rights. You may also have rights, which vary from
state to state.
